How many of you have a goal / plan in life?

I wish I knew. All the goals I made after turning 30, I started to realize came from a place of trying to satisfy the ego...meaning that I knew if I accomplished them, I wouldn't be any happier. These included having a worth of at least $1 million by the age of 40 and owning one property each in South America, Africa and Asia.

Currently, my goal, though, is to heal myself back to a place where I have optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, as without having the wealth of my health first, nothing else really seems worth pursuing.

After i finish getting my designation (2-3 years) I want to work my way up to senior manager and on the side build a few rental properties (~10 years)

by then I'll be 35

Gonna work for another 5-10 years, stack my bread up.

Then at 45, I want to leave my job and downgrade to ~$50k job. So less responsibility. By this time I want to have a family and kids so stick that in there somewhere

I also want my parents to live free, so might keep working to 50 and not downgrade.

Basically by the time I retire I wanna have like 1mil+ in houses and have them all paid off or at least paying themselves (the latter is probably the reality)

Get in and learn about it. Real estate is the only place where you can still literally pull yourself up by your bootstraps if you are self-taught and pound the pavement hard.
