I just have a few questions.
1.) If you use Kindle Direct Publishing, which pretty much makes the formatting much easier for you, does that mean that you are not allowed to sell digital copies of the book anywhere else other than Amazon?
2.) If you formatted the book by yourself, or used something like Fiverr to format it, are you still allowed to join the Kindle Unlimited thing where you get paid a certain percentage everytime someone reads a page of your book?
