The rule of thumb is an additional page every 10 years of experience. Might be slightly different if you job hop.

How many bullet points are you using per role? At 15 years, I'd imagine you just want to touch on the biggest highlights for each role. So maybe 2-3 bullet points per role. With promotions in the company, just list the most senior position you had there before bouncing.
3 pages really is more for CVs at 15 years of experience IMO (at least that was the guidance I got when I worked at my Uni's career center).

Can’t even fit all that ish on one page.
You shouldn’t even be listing ALL your skills and experienceIt's impossible (for me anyway) to list all my skills and experience on one page. I'm gonna do over my resume later in the year once I get more of my certs completed.

Still think it’s too much. Maybe switch up the layout. Recruiters/HR folks are quick to bush resumes that exceed a pageI list whatever is relevant to the jobs I'm applying for. I have different resumes that highlight certain skills and experience, but it won't fit on one page.
