How many reps before you can rep the same person again?

I swear I've repped like 50 people but I'm still getting the "slow down" message when attempting to rep a user I had previously repped before

might be 50. I know they changed it during the system change. Or maybe you just used your 10 for that day?

Cook refuses to answer. They increased the rep cycle in order to stop/slow down perpetual neg trains. By doing so they punished the rest of us who give positive reps.
