Right now im using crest 3D spearmint works good also some days i use colgate 3% hydro peroxide

For mouth wash i use therabreath


its about $9 at walmart but to me way better than other brands with achohol(dries ur mouth out)

U should brush every time u eat.. Mouth wash is mandatory too, it gets out all of the lil pieces of food that be hard to get..and leaves ya mouth refreshing.. Smokers should really brush and rinse more.

If you brush too much you can hurt the enamel
