The 1st season of "Batman: the Animated Series" has 65 episodes. The rest of the series (including "The New Batman Adventures" episodes) have no more than 12 episodes a season. That really isn't a fair comparison.

I see a lot of nikkas in this thread saying "Community", but I gotta disagree because it takes you to almost to mid-season before the show finally hooks you.

It's almost unanimous with the fanbase that season one was Dexter's best season and many other fans will say that it went to the shyts right after it. I'm one of the more laid back fans that say it stayed solid till after trinity season but I do agree the first season was the shows best.

Not true at all. The fanbase is split between Seasons 1 and 4
