If you need an epidemic to work on self improvement, you already lost

Sometimes people get distracted with life weither it work, raising kids, or other vices. Now with everything on lockdown people are panicking and in isolation. If you been self improving then cool you ahead of the game but for the folks thats been consumed by the bullshyt now's the time we can work on getting on your level.

Its never too late to improve oneself. Let's be real. Some people find their calling at different times. So it's not really productive to judge. As long as people trying to get they life right I'm all for it.

Been 2 weeks since I've had alcohol or a cigarette. Too paranoid to go to the liquor store.

Quarantine has been good to me.

I got more energy, sleep better and saving money.

:blessed:

Now I'm finna start running around the block to flatten this beer belly.

Largely haven't been affected, but I try to follow a routine, no matter what is going on in my life, from the most depressing low, to the euphoric highs

Wake up and make my bed instantly
100 push ups and 50 crunches
3 mile run
Shower
Dress
Green Juice
Coffee and oatmeal and read the NY Times, local news, and yes, hit here last

The rest of day is more negotiable, but I start with that as a base. And try to hit 8-10 miles a day walking.
