I'm only at $17/hr:francis: I'm seeing family with nice things and I want nice things:wow: Made a goal to myself that I'd upgrade next year to $22 minimum, I know I can.

Undecided if I wanna go for Bachelor's or join the Air Force and I really don't have a reason to do the Air Force besides saving for a house or something + free education. Bachelor's will take me 2 years to get and then I can get bumped to $60,000 easy.

I need more, can't just stick around here for these 3% yearly increases though I've gotten more each time, but not guaranteed.
Was fresh outta school. Once I got three years in I'm gone start looking around for real

Somebody said the best thing to do is find learn everything on the job for 2 years, 3 years minimum and then get a new job. People getting 20%-30% pay increases that way.

Yes that's exactly what I'm trying to do. Just holding on for now, and as my workload increases just trying to get to those 3 years.
Not expecting a title change or anything unless I go for cpa or go back to school, but I'm trying to get a jump in base salary before I just settle for these cost of living adjustments indefinitely.
But hey, could be worse, but I'm trying to get what I can get breh
