Golden state closed the gap between them and every team in the west when they destroyed their team to get Durant. So if anything Durant going to golden state made the west more competitive.

Golden State almost has no chance of making it to the finals this year. In a 7 games series this golden state roster is not beating a team like memphis or the spurs.

IF golden state even makes it far enough to face the spurs, you will just a 4 or 5 game massacre.

Durant going to boston doesn't change anything, Boston still would not beat the cavs in the 7 game series. NO nba team can beat the cavs in a 7 game series this season doesn't matter where durant went.
Is this a new post or did you just rearrange the sentences? :heh:

First let me get this out of the way: I'm not suggesting that it was Durants responsibility to 'Make the NBA great again'...unlike most C's fans, I respect his decision and understand why he chose not to come here.

However, if he had chosen the C's this season would be so much more interesting imo. GSW still leads the pack in the West, tho the gaps are closer. More importantly, LeBron has a serious threat in the East. I'm watching the Celtics, Raptors, and Wizards jockey for those 2-4 spots, and its dope, until you realize that none of them have a real shot at unseating LeBron.

Wizards with Durant would be better than the Celtics. Wizards might be better than the cavs NOW. If they are not, one injury on the cavs will change that

I don't think we get the Isaiah Thomas that we've gotten to see this season.

Lowkey, Isaiah has been at least as good as Steph was in his first MVP season. :yeshrug:
Last 20 or so games his stats and impact have been as good as steph last year :yeshrug:

ONLY THING THAT CHANGES IS BRON DOESNT HAVE AN EASY ROAD TO THE FINALS.

EVERYTHING ELSE WOULD BE PLAYING OUT THE SAME WAY.

SO KD VS BRON IN THE ECF
INSTEAD OF KD VS BRON IN THE FINALS.
I PREFER THE FINALS.

Still prefer the finals?

Cavs dominate the East, GSW dominates the West, then GSW with the gentleman's sweep.

We coulda at least had 3 good series between the finals and conference finals
