After the plant manager made an unnecessary example out of me for wearing AirPods I don’t give af about this bytch ass Job or the mail I do enough to stay off the radar and get a check. About to sabotage this shyt soon & just had a 2nd interview for a way better job so I’m about to be wilin not giving af for real

This is very true. My senior manager taught me how to do shortcuts and even advised me to lie to HR and make up shyt on reports...

it definitely starts from up top and trickles downhill. When I saw how he moved that gave me everything I need to know about how to operate at the company.
