How much do you make compared to your coworkers?

I'm curious how much people make in comparison to your coworkers? I get paid on an rvu model so it is straight productivity.

If you don't know what your coworkers are making it is likely you are the least paid person working there.

I wouldn't know because I am not in any of their pockets, but my guess is that some make more money than me due to working more hours/days than me followed by those who work the same hours/days as me. Then you have those who work less hours/days than me.

In conclusion, I am somewhere in the middle. But, everyone I know at work makes a good living so it's all good!

I make the least, but I've got the starting title and am the newest person on the team, so it makes sense. Compared to the people in my old team, though, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm making more than my old boss because the pay structure is so fukked up. shyt, the college grads are making almost as much as I do now.
