Its meaningless because within a decade the next generation will call them overrated trash. Its good for the companies that back the though because they get to rape the people that grew up in that era and feel a sense of nostalgia which translates into some warped sense of loyalty to buy products revolving around these dead artists.

You can't expect to do whatever you want and it come out anyway you want.

You don't pick your destiny, you deal with the consequences of your actions.

I don't see it as so complex
