Miley and Nicki aren't even in the same league. Nicki Minaj is a rapper that crossed over into the Pop world. Miley is a Disney creation who still has yet to find her way. Nicki could make a song like "Starships", do American Idol, and still be featured on a Rap or R&B record. The same can't be said for Miley. People act like Miley isn't accepted like that. She's been on hooks and has had short verses, but Nicki was still credible no matter how annoying or wack some of her songs were.

Even if Miley gets someone to ghostwrite her raps, she might not have the talent or mic presence to make it seem dope, Diddy, Foxy, Kim and Dre can pull this off, but could Miley? who knows.

I could be wrong, but Miley's doesn't seem to generate the type of interest in the realm of Hip Hop that Nicki did/does. Even the media label's Miley as a "muse" rather than a artist in regard to Hip Hop. If anything, she'd be more along the lines of Rihanna. Rihanna is an artist that can make ratchet R&B sounding records and a soft sounding Pop record at the same time. She's even accepted enough to do songs with rappers.
