You know the smartest and most responsible people usually use drugs? Not just weed, but all types of drugs. Smart people get bored easily and are known to chase thrills. Responsible people know that they have the self control to use drugs for recreational purposes and not become addicted. Plus when you're already smart being high doesn't dull your thought process all that much.
