Ain't you from Dallas? Casinos aren't legal in Texas. In Vegas a casino might cost you billions. In other states it'd might be close to 100 million. A couple million for the licenses alone. Then you have to have enough cash on hand to payoff all bets, that alone will run you 10s of millions. Then the staff, machines, etc.

Just run a after hours gambling hall. Link up with a barber shop and see if you could set up shop once they close at night. Get a stripper to serve drinks and some of your homies to provide security by patting jokers down at the door. They could also deal cards and watch the tables.
