26 vacation days.
10 Holiday's (11 including Inauguration Day).
Unlimited sick. 13 sick days a year but it continues to build if you don't use it. Currently have 175.

How much time off do you 6 figure, 6 cert brehs get?

the CEO did away with that earned time stuff 2 yrs ago...as long as we get the work done AND have backups in place...we can take as much as needed...it's the best shyt in the world

to add i take off to the equivalent of around 50-55 days in a year...summer months we do 4 day work weeks and you can take fridays off

Good shyt. I work for the federal government, they would never do no stuff like this lol. My vacation days are earned as well so we don't have to use them as long as it doesn't go over 240 hours (30 days).

I get every other Friday off with my schedule (8-9 hour days & one 8 hour day). They have an option to work a 4-day week but I don't feel like it lol. I can't stand long days...
