GTA5 came out over 10 years ago at this point....
it seems like the entire game industry is waiting with bated breath to see what Rockstar is going to do with GTA6
are they going to show us a vision of the future and a true next evolution of the open world genre (that Cyberpunk was supposed to back in 2020)?
I mean RDR2 is still one of the most "next-gen" games I've played the last few years and that came out in 2018...makes me wonder what Rockstar has cookin' with GTA6

RDR2 did fine, so I'm sure GTA6 will do even better. All they really need to do is copy everything they did in Los Santos and just make it the Vice City/Miami version. 

Others have already said it but the GTA franchise is too big to fail.
