idk, i dont know any brick pushers who've done time. One of my best friend's brother was caught with brick(s) (idk how many) and he did 5 years. Maybe he snitched? i dont know. My uncle was pushing bricks when he lived in my mom's house and when the feds started coming every morning taking pictures, he fled the country. I honestly couldnt answer this question accurately.

I don't practice criminal law but my quick legal research reveals that you can get between 10-15 years.

He's looking at a lot of time. Florida doesn't play with drug or gun laws. Especially if they come from out of state because Florida is already the crime capital of America when it comes to drugs/prostitution and anything else.

5 years is the minimum in that situation from what I've seen while living here in Florida. A lot of drugs and an unregistered gun multiplies that quickly though. The payoff is nice if you can do it in Florida but it's brutal if you get caught reaching for that payoff.
