How Much Truth Is There to 6 Degrees of Separation

They say you are separated from anyone in the world by 6 people. This makes sense to some degree because even though the world is big, it is pretty small in the grand scheme of things.

So for me

1. knew this old Russian lady who got raped by a german soldier during WWII
2. That soldier reported to his Squad leader or captain
3. That Captain reported to a field general
4. field general was buddies with some major general
5. major general drank tea with a major major general
6. major major general broke bread with hitler

nah its true because its so easy.. and really you never know everything about a person and everybody they knew.

so think of all these people on the message board.. all the people they know or come in contact with or anything really (i worked at best buy, so did some famous person.. that equals a connection)....


so again. you are on a message board with me, i knew a girl who worked in the world trade center, she knew people who died 9/11, 9/11 was caused by bin ladin
