Might wanna take a look at what they have at places like Carmax etc before you pull the trigger on this.
I'm seeing 350s in your area for 3k more which isn't alot for what you're getting in return performance wise.

that price for a 250 RWD 
get a 350 for that price, you can easily find an 07-08 IS350 RWD with the same options (obviously it'll have more miles) but you can find a very good CPO for that price range...I don't see the point in buying a 250 unless it's for the AWD version

From looking at what's on CarMax's website, it's on par with what they have. What's got the price up is how low the miles are. But having saying that, I bet you could talk them down between $1,500 to $2k lower than what they are offering. If you are truly intent on getting this car, lowball the shyt out of them and end up about $2k off of their asking price.
