yo i have to travel 2 hours a day to get to work and the trains is crazy suppose to be to work by 545 but usually there by 548 a nikka late everyday lol and fukked up thing is usually every job give you that 7 min grace period for being late hell no not my job they be on some 545 means 545 shyt. how often are y'all late and do your bosses really get on you about it muphukas talking bout writing a nikka up for this shyt got me tight right now.

Either you get there at 5:45 or they get someone who can be there at 5:45... It's a sign of disrespect and lack of professionalism.
bruh i hear you but i have to take the path train to jersey and that runs on certain times so leaving an extra 15 mins early don't mean anything and then i have to take the light rail when i get to jersey and the first light rail leaves at 506 every morning there no earlier one so i run every morning to catch that rail but I'm still late every morning due to that light rail its impossible for me to be on time for my job thats why I'm always 3 to 5 mins late

i hear you but my job was in brooklyn then they moved to jersey so it wasn't like i had a choice about the time i agreed to be on time for my brooklyn schedule now if you change it up on me then you should have to understand the conflict of issue about getting to work now correct
i hear you but I'm not moving to jersey not happening lol but i was thinking about changing my shift though but the other shift is 2 till 11 which means ill get home at 2 to 3 in the morning and I'm not about that life lol
Incorrect... business doesn't care about your inconveniences... sad but true... no one is obligated to be lenient to your hardships... It would be nice but your job isn't doing that... so you can't give them a reason to say "I will just hire someone closer"
your 100% right about that cause the way it looks they really trying to get rid of all the workers that started the company that come from brooklyn or NY in general for workers thats from jersey for that reason but damm i thought every job give you at least a 7 min grace period for being late cause like i said I'm only late about 3 to 5 mins and lucky thing is they love the way i work cause if not i think they would've been said

To be real im usually always on time...not so much because im afriad to lose my job...I just dont wanna be the stereotypical black man who is always late, because one that would make me a stereotype and two it would make it harder for the next black man trying to get employed where i work....the management would think "aww man theyre all like that" and then BAM a black man loses out on a job cause of my b.s.
