How often do you request PTO at work ?

not often...surprisingly i thought i would miss having unlimited PTO from my old company but Ive gotten used to having it again

but i know once i reach the max threshold of PTO hours accrued, the system will send me all types of system messages telling me to take a day off on top of my manager telling me lol

not as much as i used to because they've started to let me do remote work in the last 2 years, which has led to them having to force me to take my mandatory time off, more than me taking it on my own.

I get 26 days vaca and 12 sick per yr, best believe I'm using erry got dang one, prob is I also got small youngins so half my days are wasted taking care of them. If ever i need a day just cause I usually blame it on them

I've already said what my job is lol.

When I need it; literally just submitted one for tomorrow and got approved. They're either mental health days or I'm taking my mom to doctors appointments.

Not a huge amount, but if I want to I just call in or tell my boss I need the day off. As long as other people are in it's not something they make an issue of.

That said I have about 180 hours of unused vacation time.

We have pto and sick time. It’s not unlimited. I leave early and flex my time weekly so I don’t use my sick time unless I really don’t want to be at work . I try to use my vaca time around holidays so I have the vaca days and the bank holiday in addition. This the first time in my life where I had to force myself to schedule vaca days. I don’t do shyt when I’m here so I don’t mind being here
