I just watched this video that said Wisconsin locks of more black men in any other state in the nation. Is it really that racist there?

milwaukee is the most segregated city in america. the police shot my uncle in the neck and killed him on his moms porch during the riots in the 60s.

No, some states are worst that others. Florida is far less racist than Alabama or Mississippi
I went there on a business trip, didn't see a single black person on the parts of town we were in. this was in a Milwaukee, a large city. I should at least see some black pedestrians on the street. Not one, but i was only there for two days.

Northside mainly...but we on the southside as well. Surrounding areas you will see another black person here and there
to get out of a jam.
