How seriously do you take car washing?

I wash my car like...maybe twice a year. But I have friends who are so into their cars shyt gets washed every Sunday like clock work. Or at least every time they are going out. Like my homeboy T, who won't go on a date or come hang with the brehs without washing the car first
I do vacuum the inside often, tho.
I'm very particular about the inside of my car. But outside...

A used car can still look good/like new.
My last 3 cars (all VWs) have been bought used and all looked dope from the jump

Used to do it a lot more before than I do now. Now a days, I vacuum and clean the inside at least once every week, car wash maybe once a month, sometimes two months depending how dirty the car is

I live up north, so during the winter when there's salt on the roads due to snow, i wash every week. Otherwise my car would be rusty as shyt.
During the summer months i wash like once a month though. But i always use touch free car wash. no brushes are touching my coat. Also i got 20's on my car with a deep lip. So i can't use any carwashes with rails that pull you car along.

have an unlimited car wash membership for 19.99. they vacuum, clean the interior, wash, dry, and do the tires. I go damn near every morning before work.

I got my car washed and waxed regularly for the first year. After that, I let the rain wash it.
But here we are 12 years later, and the paint is coming off the top and hood, and it’s really embarrassing, and I’m mad at myself for not keeping up with it.
My shyt is looking like this now
But it’s paid off, and I’m getting a “new” car at the end of the year.
