Like it or not he got two hip hop generations that grew up with him....I say that cause to me a generation in hip hop is about 5 yrs....and ppl been riding with Wayne hard since 04 ...my nephews were about 6 or 7 when Wayne first popped they in their 20s now and to them he is No.1 they like other rappers but Wayne is their GOAT

Simple, wayne is older and a vet so revionist history will kick in.
And all the young nikkas who liked some of his most terrible music are older and joining forums so you will hear this “wayne was the goat” shyt more often.
Dont get me wrong i know theres young nikkas who disliked him too, but from my knowledge most of the people who liked that “lollipop” bullshyt he began making were young.
He had some good albuns/classic mixtapes but everything from 08 and on was hot garbage except no ceilings and that one mixtape with juelz.
He did put out some recent heat with Juelz Santana to his credit though.
