Such a pain in the ass when you finish editing a track then someone says the lyrics clash. Especially more infuriating when it's a bone thugs-n-harmony track

Like you can't even understand wtf they're saying either :hhh:

Its difficult but I would say just match up the beats. Use a bpm tapper and get the bpm down for the vocal and the beat, then just adjust either one so they're the same. Then all thats left is starting the vocal at the right point, and you can just use the original track as a reference for that.

i use FLSTUDIO.

right click the acapella and select detect tempo....the program will guess then have options for ranges...i pick the 50-100bpm range and it usually guesses the correct tempo.

then i make a pattern with snares on the 2 and 4 to put the acapella in place before i start making the beat

if flstudio is wrong...i google the bpm for most songs and it will come up...if its not on the money, its usually close.

i get my acapellas from acapellas4u and they usually have accurate bpm information
