How the hell do I transfer screenshots off of Xbox One S?

I was taking screenshots for the first time on my One S and I want to view them on my PC but I have no clue how to transfer or even view them.
I googled it and even MS says to go into games & apps and use "Game DVR" to view them but there is no fukking Game DVR in my games & apps. I even tried to use the Xbox store to see if I could download it and nope, it's not there

Someone who knows better please help me out

not sure, but I'd think they'd be there if you log into your Xbox account on PC. you on win10?

The screenshot you took will be in your activity feed, from there you can share it to where it lets you. Onedrive, your feed.
There is also a website, I don't know it by heart but you could easily google it.
Just google, "view xboxlive screenshots online" you can view anyones videos or pics. Hope Ive been of help
