"Redeem himself." Who do some of you think you are? :laff:

His legacy is cemented and isn't dependent upon whether grown men aged 30 - 45 are angry at him for sullying their favorite weekly soap opera where adults pretend to punch each other while wearing underwear.

The most Rock should give a certain demographic is a screenshot of his Checking Account accompanied with a middle finger.

He needs to tie up the storyline. What part of that is so hurtful to some of you?

Make the storyline make sense, get Cena back over on his way out and set it up forward. It's called.....booking

It would be nice to tie up the storyline, but for reasons I mentioned earlier, there's no point doing so. Whatever story The Rock wanted to tell was thrown off the rails with the whole "We Want Cody" thing, and it seems HHH was always going to go the route of Cody/Roman II instead of what The Rock was trying to build toward. When the fans had the choice to support Rock's plan or HHH's plan, they chose HHH's plan, which proved his risk right.

So be it.

If I were Rock, I wouldn't worry about it. As HHH has reminded people, he's the one with the pencil. Let HHH figure out the booking, and Rock can keep getting money in Hollywood.

You're going back too far. The "finish the story" stuff was resolved last year and then the next night on raw where rock gave Cody something in his hand, that was never followed up on either
But whatever. Rock said he was "going away for a while".

This situation is different with the sell your soul build, just disappearing. Cena couldn't even refer to the Rock in his heel promos, so they just wandered aimlessly and flopped as this whole heel turn has because it's based on nothing rt now

All the pieces matter here, breh. I'd like to see a bow on it, but I don't blame Rock for choosing to be petty about it, if that's what he's doing.

They were, but his idea of corrupting Cody and making him turn heel throws away the Bloodline payoff and their top babyface since Cena (who doesn't really get booed like prime Cena did) to just do something new and get the Rock more over as a heel. Thats a bad idea.
Its a payoff...long term..like when they had Jey as a Roman puppet except Rock would put Cody over in the end. Rock aint Cripple H. It all just has to make sense with him...like it has his entire career

Yeah, He don’t even speak on or post about anything WWE related anymore

I think it has to do more with his movie career getting hot again that hhh though. He can have hhh gone if he really wanted to.

And that would be freaking stupid to get rid of him.

HHH is the only person of few remaining who "knows wrestling". He still has some "old timer" in him so to speak.

After him, you're gonna have non wrestling ppl with no knowledge of wrestling psychology, storytelling, etc. Pretty sure hbk wouldn't want HHH job either

No he’s not.

I don’t think many people are clamoring for that role though.

He is. And he's proven it with nxt previously

Clearly tko execs know this as well that they have no clue how to run a wrestling conpany, so they kept him in that spot.

You could put someone else in the spot and it will fail bc it'll become ppl just taking the role for money. Ala wcw

Because no one else wants the role. It is extremely taxing. He’s not the only person to have run a wrestling company.

Shawn is in NXT now
Tony Khan had no experience before AEW
Heyman is literally right there
Etc.

He's from a neoptism system....he is a racist chump who favors blonde flat bodies...seems to love building Asuka up to job her out for others when she is a clearly superior performer. He is not necessary at all. He never was. Pushing Johnny Gargano over the Street Profits? Lol.

The rock will come back when he feels like it storyline be damned and right now he doesn’t feel like it. He wants to take his new movie roles seriously and really prep for them.
Don’t get me wrong I agree he needs to fix this shyt but I think he feels like it will always be on the table for him to fix whenever it’s convenient for him.
Since the fans wanted Cody vs Roman over him then he probably feels like he doesn’t need to have a match unless it’s the Main event at mania. And according to y’all he doesn’t deserve that so if that was me I would t be pressed to come back for a match at SNME or whatever.

Again I think he should but I know he isn’t going to
