People say this, but it's not always 100%, especially if you've got some seniority, extra vacation and perks and intangibles that you have to start from scratch when you go to another gig that pays more money but with less perks and takes up more time. Some times it's a matter of decent side huslte that doesn't take up alot of energy but gives enough for you to relax. Some times it's better to make 95K for 5 years than to make 120K and get laid off after a year.
