if you wanna go the natural way, workout few hours before going to sleep, don't eat anyghing to heavy especially just before bed, decongest your mind (9X out of 10, insomnia is a result of havjng too much on your mind or racing thoughts) and make sure your room is dark enough.

I've had the occasional bout with insomnia and other than melatonin, theres nothing to do in my opinion. pills, alcohol, or weed become crutches. eventually it has to occur naturally.


i envy the people who can sleep anywhere at the drop of the dime. sleep is fragile and fukking crucial to existence.


i would kill myself if i had full blown clinical insomnia :ehh:



alcohol is one of the biggest sleep disturbances btw. lay off alcohol all together if you have any sleep disorders.

im currently in the process of going sober, specifically for sleeping improvement. will be tough and ill relapse im sure, but iits just not worth it.

at this point in my life, id rather sleep well then be hungover not sleep well.:yeshrug:

That expression has never made sense to me as babies are by far the worst sleepers. they sleep in short (30 mins to 1 or 2 hour) burst then wake up crying, then they eat, shyt, get rocked back to sleep only to wake up again in 2 hours and the cycle continues. I have never seen a baby sleel for 7 or 8 hour straight.

ask any parent if they would want to sleep like their baby and their answer will probably be no

Ambien is strong af. and it works immediately. But warning- guaranteed you will have the worst out of body experience of your life if you try to do anything other than get right in the bed after taking ambien. and do not have your phone near you after you take it, do not drive, talk or text (have you waking up to texts you don't remember sending, people you don't remember talking to, confessions you wouldnt have normally made and more bad shyt).

My nikka it was prescribed,, it's not like I asked for it.

And its for extreme insomnia.. Like going days without sleeping

I don't take it anymore but you nikkas act like it was crack. If you take it the way you're prescribed its not shyt

Talk that shyt bruh. I remember I was sober off everything a few months back and got 8 hours of solid REM sleep one night. CHEAT CODE.
