How to get a big Following on Youtube for gaming videos etc

Is there any tips or things yall know of to get a big impact or following on youtube. Like say for a game like NBA 2K16, how can you get alot of subscribers etc. What good yt equip does a person need. Any tips would be appreciated. I see some gamers who had like 10 subs one year then the next year they have like 20,000 subscribers and crazy views lol. Not hating I just want to know what I would have to do to achieve that also. What does the audience want to see in a video to be entertained? Would you like the ytber to do videos every day, or twice every week, or 2 videos every single day?

Consistency and entertainment. Pick a schedule and stick to it. Also pick a general theme for your channel and stick to it as well. Don't try to appeal to everyone at once. I'm not saying this as a successful YouTuber myself, but as a fan of some YouTubers I can tell you I enjoy the ones that deliver quality content on a regular basis. Don't focus immediately on the most professional looking video. Sure do your best, but you're fans will follow you for your content more than anything else. Good luck with all that. Its a lot of work.

Yea i'm black lol, and already have a channel mainly on nba 2k and Flight Attendant Videos.. NYCDaFuture and good looks on all of the advice.. I think some of it has to do with luck tho..
