1. Stop picking at your face / squeezing stuff on it.
2. You need a dermatologist. Don't even try to figure it out on your own.
3. Make sure wash your face at least three times a day with a mild cleanser (see #2)

I work in skin care breh...You need to avoid the sun as much as possible when you do get it wear a hat or apply a mild sunscreen.... That alone should make those spots 80% better over time (6 to 9 months). If you are careful with the sun a OTC hydroquinone should help. only spot treat with it and that should do the trick 
go buy pure tea tree oil and dont mix it with water like the direction say.
you dont need to weaken it by diluting it with water it if your skin is nestle crunch. use as much as you can. that shyt will clear up quick. you're welcome

Other than seeing a dermatologist, try washing your face with african black soap and moisturizing with shea butter. Not that Johnson and Johnson bullshyt either, get the real from the african spot. See if that helps.

Like everybody else said I think u need a dermatologist more than likely. As far as products I've used this to wash my face since highschool and it kept my skin clear

id start with african black soap. dudu osun is good but the raw one straight from ghana might be necessary for ur case.
like breh said, shea butter or maybe raw cocoa butter since i think it helps with scarring.

Wash your face with black soap that has hydroquinone and use fresh lemon juice on your dark areas, and let it air dry. Wash you face again with black sop to remove to lemon juice from your skin and apply aloe vera.
Also use sunscreen.
