How To Get Rid of Deep Acne Scars?

Can someone help me with this? Please only people who actually know for a fact of a method that works.

Please nobody say anything that isnt useful like proactive or some dumb shyt. I noticed people dont know the difference between acne and acne scars sometimes.

I had bad acne as a teenager but for the pat couple of years avne has gone away but i have the deep scarring.

I have heard people mentioned going to the doctor for dermabrasion but isnt the treatments really expensive? Does anyone know any natural treatments?

I heard you can buy a dermaroller and do it just like the doctor but i dont wanna do it wrong and mess my face up..

Retin a and/or chemical peels. There are creams with bleach in it that work.

I need to start back taking care of my skin again too. Last summer my skin was almost perfect, back when I was using retina a gel. This summer though :flabbynsick:

I think I want to just get a chemical peel. It works faster than creams.

was a dermatologist's assistant for 3 years in college.

All you need are:
Bottle of glue
Warm water


Mix glue in 1/4 cup warm water. sit in microwave/place on stove on high for 50 seconds. apply concoction to wherever on face scarring is prevalent. Let sit for 5 minutes before washing off. Repeat this twice a day every three days. Should be good in a month

U talkin' crater type scars or just some dark marks. Cuz of u just talkin' bout some acne and dark spots, I could honestly say tea tree oil (for acne) & ginseng soap (for dark spots) are the TRUTH
