Make sure that while trying to remain positive you aren't suppressing or resisting how you really feel. Lying to yourself is not going to help.

Getting into flow/higher vibration is all about surrender and acceptance. You can acknowledge and accept how you feel. You want to get to the root of why you feel. But for now, identifying the feeling and bringing it to light will release the tension and prevent it from building up.

Go in the direction of what brings you relief. However, do not dwell on your emotions or negative thoughts. Stay present. Feel your emotions but with purpose.
