provolone is the way to go, you can even sprinkle some mozzarella on top as well..i never was a fan of cheese wiz

Thanks for watching! As far as cross contamination, this is why i cut the veggies first. You never want to prepare the meat before the veggies on the same board. As far as the platic cutting board, i had one before and those get scratches tooDope video. My bad dawg. I wanna add 1 thing though. I use a separate cutting board for my meat from my veggies when prepping to avoid cross contamination. I also never use the wooden cutting board for meat because the juice gets into the cracks.
I use a plastic cutting board for meat, wooden for produce and veggies.
I wanna confirm with @Caca-faat though. That was one of the things I learned in school.
So I just make sure to wash it thoroughly
