Amazing-Costco has a pretty good version that’s frozen, I’ll try this next week

If you not doing a Giovanni’s garlic shrimp truck recipe, pour jelly on yourself.

I just made it, slightly tweaked the seasoning with some seafood crab boil mix and Tony Chachere's Spice and Herb, 2.5 lbs shrimp, I finally have all the ingredients for a recipe woo! It came out good, I really like that it's savory with less emphasis on the saltiness (my usual). Typically I pour the seasonings one at a time straight onto the shrimp/meat in a colander but I'm sure I eliminate waste by mixing then pouring like you did.

Any reason you left the tails on?

My only note was 1 min wasn't long enough for my jumbo shrimp, did about 1:20 on each side to get the 'inside' too. This was really good and good ingredient list, I can't wait to try your honey recipes! Happy 4th!
