in the two other instances i didn't get it back. didn't even bother tbh cuz it was smaller amounts and i knew they had plenty of shyt they coudl use to deduct it. as far as problems we 'caused' in the house.

my lease is almost up and this time i could really use that money, want to make sure i get it with no issues. i now i idn't cause any real problems this time, the sink is messed up, but i think i can still fix that. i also did a double deposit so i could really use that back.

sucks breh just got a notice they're starting showing tomorrow.

this place is a mess the sink is clogged something nastyh and has been for months, should have been took care of that.

Really the thing you should always do is take pictures or videos of your apartment, condo or house. When I first move in I take pictures or a video and before I sign a lease; I walk through the apartment, condo or house to make sure everything is working and is acceptable to my taste.

Before you leave take pictures of everything and record videos of places that have running water (shower,sink and etc) and take pictures of lighing fixtures, refrigerator; just take pictures and videos of everything. Also have them sign a contract that they were pleased with how the apartment looked; so if they go back and try to hold your deposit, you can sue them and use the video/pictures and contract to win your case. Also if they do not want to sign the contract; record them on tape saying that they are pleased with how the apartment look; but make sure you look up your state laws on recording people, because they can sue you.

Always got my deposit back. The big thing is making sure the walls is good and the floor is clean. If you need to fix something YouTube is your friend. They be having tutorials for dummies on that shyt. I recently copped a crib and was moving out a spot I was renting from this cheap jew. Found out from neighbors he had a history of taking previous tenants to court and winning. Needless to say I went the extra mile on that one. I primed the walls, patched holes with spackle and I even rented a rug doctor from Walmart to clean the floor. Everything cost me like $100 bucks and I pulled some late nights, but at the end of the day I had the place looking better than when I moved in. I needed that money too because it was 2 months security. Dude did a final check after I moved out and gave me my security deposit back the same day.

And I don't rent no more

Dog just go to the store and get the extra strength liquid draino. It's a quick and cheap way to unclog your drain. Just give it a heavy dose and flush it with boiling hot water. shyt works like a charm.

Only thing a can of coke fan fix is a corroded car battery which keeps me from drinking them as much because of that fact right there.
