Looks really good. I hope I can try it and it doesn't mess with my stomach.

Only advice I have for you is to cut into the meat to show us what it looks like in the inside. I meant to tell you that on the mozzarella stick video. If you broke it open and showed the cheese dropping out:banderas:

Point taken....I did break open the mozzarella stick though..check the intro, near the end of the intro:youngsabo:

And i JUST picked up a double pack of baby back ribs from bj's this afternoon!

I see the fates have clearly conspired to make a widow of my baby before the weekend is out :lupe: :sadcam:

is for beef ribs. Can u recommend any adjustments or should i just throw caution to the wind?

I'd use the same recipe but just add ginger into the sauce. Probably 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. Or you can grate fresh ginger..The cooking process will be different though. I assume you know the process for cooking it

Thanks. I usually just slow cook em and throw em on the grill when they hit the tenderness level im shooting for depending on who im feeding.
