I usually just slow cook em and throw em on the grill when they hit the tenderness level im shooting for depending on who im feeding.I'd use the same recipe but just add ginger into the sauce. Probably 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. Or you can grate fresh ginger..The cooking process will be different though. I assume you know the process for cooking it
