Emotional health is very important. Emotional health and physical health go hand and hand. If one is lacking then you are not complete.
I went to a psychotherapist for a couple of years after my daughter passed because I was hurting much more than I knew.
She helped me sort out things that had been hurting me for years, but I never realize it because I was taught to suck it up and put on my happy face.
