On the real get ccleaner (free version) run that shyt and your computer should be quicker. It deletes stuff you don't need and internet history, cookies etc.
Also you should be shutting down ya laptop and not just putting it to sleep.
Also defragment ya shyt, so your files are more organized ie quicker to access.
Open up your task manager and see what's taking up your ram (memory) and cpu.. should tell you the culprit.
Run antivirus scans.
Make sure you don't have unnecessary programs running.
