How to remove snapped off headphone in Ipod?

Basically the end of my headphone snapped and the end is stuck deep in my ipod. I pushed it in further when trying to get it out.

Also I cant order any tools. I need to do this with some shyt from home. Please help

Keep watch on the fork by touching it while it heats. Setting 4 or 5 until it pops up like a poptart
