Good shyt man. Whenever I make burritos I roll them like this naturally.
Only thing I do different is at the 1:00 minute mark of your video the very end of rolling I put a small dab of sauce on the end of the wrap to create a seal so it doesn't unwrap. But I imagine cooking it down will seal it too.
Similar to a envelope that has a dab of glue on the tip. Great video. Keep up the awesome work.
