So I recently got my first full time job as a Junior Call Center Analyst, it's in person. I know every company is different, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to balance studying at work, and making sure you're completing everything? Sorry if it's a super vague question, this is my first IT job.

I would take the 1st 2/3 weeks to get a feel of your workload and the company. Maybe only try and study on your lunch initially. Once you know if you'll have consistent downtime they you can study more consistently. If you on the phones all day idk how that will happen

Call Center? You might not have any time to study.

Go old school
1) Flash Cards with real index cards, not Anki or phone stuff - pen and paper
2) Rewriting your outline daily - pen and paper

Whatever your course is - you're gonna learn X amount of data in 3-4 months.
So you want to be able to outline the entire course - day 1 to the final.

So with pen and paper, rewrite. Ideally the entire course down to one side of one page of paper.

Outlining a course yourself - allows you to put things into boxes.
Actually writing it down - the muscle memory of it - adds to your ability to recall.

3) Mnemonics - make up rap songs and acronyms for things you need to remember.

One other option is to ask if they have opportunities for professional development/learning. This could various forms but hopefully it includes an online website with a variety of topics so that you don't necessarily have to learn something exclusive to the company if you don't want to.

Once you get the OK, it's harder to get in trouble if they think that you're working to be better for the company
