It's mostly dependent on the content....if you are downloading popular US stuff there's a chance of getting emails, letters, internet provider letters.....but if it's international usually doesn't matter

I remember gettin' an email back in 2011. D/L'd Peerblock and ain't got a letter since. And I use to use PB, but switched to KAT, exclusively. And I d/l tons of bullshyt.
