How/where do you store your shoes?

Been buying some shoes lately and wondering about a good storage idea for them. I have 3 pairs of tennis shoes, 2 pairs casual/dress shoes, 1 pair of boots, and 1 pair of motorcycle shoes. So far all of them are lined up against the wall in my living room on top of their boxes. How does everyone store their footwear?

I have poor storing habits

I'll need a new apartment just to house my sneakers at the rate I'm going

my entrance way...I have a shoe rack on the ground. Easy to find and keeps my carpet clean

Its always an issue for me.

I have about ~65 pairs of shoes so I have to get creative in a small space.

I use these on 2 of my closet doors. I put all my loafers and leather shoes in these. That's 24 pairs out of the way right there.

On the shelf above the hanger rail in my closest is all shoes. And that's about 20 pairs, 10 on each side.

And then I have 2 shoe shelfs stacked on top of each other against the back wall of my closet. Each drawer holds 9 pairs so that's 18 more right there.



Problem is, if I buy even 2 more pairs of shoes, I'l have no where to keep them.
