But how different do you think your day to day be .. how different would you view the world ... how different would you create if you stopped scrolling Instagram and Twitter ?

not as much as you think . I haven't gone on IG, Twitter, or FB since September and I don't miss anything. The Coli is actually pretty cutting edge as far as timely relevant news goes, and you'd be surprised how the whole "speed to reporting" really makes a lot of websites cover things they may not normally cover.

It's a fact mindlessly viewing social media (particularly IG) makes people depressed.

With all these "depressed" ass people on this forum and offline, I bet some of that "depression" comes from thinking everybody's life is fabulous compared to theirs.
