Melanated people, today more than ever i hear a significant number of blacks criticizing the late great MLK's aspiration for social integration. Many feel like social integration was a failed experiment. Can't help but wonder...
If social segregation (non violent, fair, and black organized/led) was to be instituted, how would you feel?
would you be upset and resist it?
would you look at it as an opportunity to develop a strong black economic infrastructure?
Would you consider it a step backwards?
this is in no way meant to disrespect our grand parents and ancestors who fought and died for integration, but i'm curious as to what ya'll think about this subject.
