All are pretty much war criminals, except maybe Carter.
All tacitly or aggressively furthered white supremacy. I have a soft spot for Carter because he came to my family's house when I was a little boy and gave us solar panels for our home. I remember him telling me a lot of good shyt was about to happen then Reagan won.

FDR is overrated. Unemployment was crap throughout his entire presidency, Most of the jobs created by the new deal where part time temporary work and the country went into a huge recession under his watch in 1937.
