How would I react? I would be happy of course. 
This is really what most companies should be doing. No reason for any ceo to be making tens of millions without the decency to shower their employees with tangible gifts. Doesn’t have to be every year.

she's 50. the company is 21 years old, so you'd have been a kid

Good gesture. But they have less than 500 employees. So that only cost them at most 5 million and they just signed a 1.2 billion dollar deal.
