Get to the root of the problem and fix it. If you can't help them get them a damn tutor. I tutor kids and just today I was telling this little girl who's a bit of a badass and really rude to her mom that she's very lucky that her mother was so proactive and gave enough of a fukk to get her extra help when she needed it.
My grades in the beginning of second grade were horrible because my mom didn't speak English and my dad wasn't that great at it. Every problem they helped me with I got wrong.![]()

Dominicans. They're both fluent now even though my mom doesn't like to speak it. My dad even got his GED later in life. But back then, it was a struggle breh.Where your parents from?
If you don't mind me asking

I'm not big on grades but my wife is a beast, I think she pushes our son too hard academically. She gets mad at me all the time for being lax with him.
Anything under an A wont be acceptable. There are also other intellectual and physical standards he must adhere to.
Yes, a good parent.Your one of those parents...
:kmnb:
Not sure if you know but theres a war going on outside no man is safe from. We are all in competition with one another based on race which is how cacs have designed the planet. Get involved and get familiar.Even with all those struggles you still became that dominican goddess that you are, kind and caring with other people's bad ass kids.

That shyt takes patience tho. Generally, I don't even like kids so when I tell people that I tutor they're all like
But idk, it makes me happy when a dumb child gets slightly less dumb and they realize the progress they've made themselves.
Builds their self esteem, improves their attitude, makes them look forward to school etc. It's great man. Now I see why some people become teachers. I could never do it tho
